
PAYMENT + CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE REEL RETREAT
Payment Policy

Reservation Deposit:

​A non-refundable reservation deposit of 25% of the total rental cost is required at the time of booking to secure your stay.

The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the check-in date.

Accepted Payment Methods:

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfers.

All payments must be completed in U.S. dollars.

Security Deposit:

​A security deposit of $200 will be held on your credit card for the duration of your stay. This deposit will be released within 7 days after check-out, provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning required.

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the reservation deposit.

Partial Refund:

​Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the reservation deposit.

No Refund:

Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date will not receive any refund of the reservation deposit or the remaining balance.

Rescheduling:

​Guests may reschedule their stay (subject to availability) without penalty if the request is made at least 30 days before the original arrival date.

Emergency Situations:

In the event of a verified emergency (such as a medical emergency or natural disaster), guests may be allowed to cancel or reschedule their stay with appropriate documentation.

Early Departure

Guests departing earlier than the reserved checkout date will be charged for the full stay.
Weather-Related Cancellations

In the case of severe weather conditions preventing travel, a full refund or the option to reschedule will be offered.

Cancellation or modification requests made outside of office hours will be processed on the next business day.
