RENTAL POLICY

Booking Process

  • Inquiry and Booking:

    • All potential guests must complete the booking request form for approval.

    • A valid government-issued ID will be required upon booking confirmation.

  • Confirmation

    • Bookings will be confirmed via email within 48 hours of submitting the request.

    • A reservation deposit (typically 25% of the total rental cost) may be required to secure your stay.

Cancellation + Modification

  • Cancellation Policy: Refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations, refunds, and modifications. It is recommended to review this policy before confirming your reservation.

Check-In + Check-Out

  • Check-In:

    • Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and is subject to prior bookings.

  • Check-Out:

    • Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be accommodated based on availability; please request in advance.

  • Key Access:

    • Access instructions and a digital key will be provided prior to your arrival.

House Rules + Occupancy

  • House Rules: Guests are required to adhere to the House Rules provided on our Airbnb listing. Failure to comply may result in eviction without a refund.

  • Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is six guests, including children. Only registered guests are allowed on the property; any additional visitors must be approved in advance.

  • The property is designed for family-friendly stays. We do not accept groups of individuals under 25 years of age without prior approval.*​

Pets + Smoking

  • Pets are not permitted unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.

  • Smoking: Reel Retreat is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. 

Security Deposit

  • Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required to cover potential damages. The deposit is fully refundable within [number of days] after check-out, provided no damage is reported.

Family-Friendly Environment

  • Noise and Conduct:

    • Guests are expected to maintain a quiet atmosphere during nighttime hours (10 PM - 8 AM). No loud music or disruptive behavior will be tolerated after sunset.

  • Neighborhood Respect:

    • We ask all guests to respect our neighbors and adhere to community guidelines.

Property Use

  • Damage and Liability:

    • Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning required due to their stay.

    • A security deposit may be collected prior to check-in, and will be refunded after inspection of the property.

  • Personal Property:

    • The owners are not responsible for any personal belongings left on the premises.

  • Emergency Contact: In case of emergencies, please contact emergency services first. For non-emergency issues, contact our on-call support at 1-888-111-1111.

  • Support: Our support team is available during your stay for assistance. Contact us at support@thereelretreat.com for non-urgent matters.
